You're allowed to edit and modify the commissioned art to your liking and have the right to publish and use the artwork with proper credit to me as the artist please.

I have the right to post and use the commissioned artworks in my portfolio and social networks.

I have the right to work on personal art, as long as I deliver all commissions on time.

If the commission type you want is not listed, feel free to discuss it with me!

I reserve the right to decline the commission request if I'm not comfortable or the request is not within my capabilities.

Prices are listed in USD and payments are done through Paypal Invoice.

For VGen request, payments are all made through VGen's built-in payment systems.

Payment is upfront. I can do payment plans with priority discussion but full upfront payment are highly preferred.

Priority commission with a specific deadline a percentage of the rush fee is charged and can be discussed based on the delivery time your request.

Price may increase depending the complexity of the request and character design.

Once the commission request and payment are confirmed. No cancellation or refund are allowed. (Unless I'm unable to finish it due to personal issues).

Delivery times can vary between 2 ~ 5 weeks. This varies on the complexity of the commissions + the availability of my time. You will be notified if the commission is being delayed.

WIP of the sketch will be provided for revision and approval. And changes & adjustments can be done in the sketch step only.

Lineart and render phase are not provided unless asked for.

Additional revisions/changes will be charged depending on the complexity.

Must be provide a clear reference sheet of the design of the character or the request will be declined. (Unless a custom design if requested and accepted)

Privacy fee +50% of the total price is charged before the official debut of the model

I have the right to post the commission wip on my social media + use it as a sample. Please let me know if you wish to keep the commission private till debut!

For direct and fast communication, the client will be provide the discord @ after the commission request is accepted.

The entire commission process will be provided from the sketch, lineart, base colors and render before the completed request is delivered.

The model will be delivered via Google Drive including all pngs of all expressions, model in png format, model presentation, and .psd file fully cut ready for rigging.

Additional revisions/changes will be charged depending on its difficulty.

If any problems comes up during the rigging process, the necessary adjustments & repair will be provided without additional cost.
