I have the rights to all my artworks and to post / use the commissioned requests in my portfolio and social networks; using it for AI, tracing are strictly prohibited.

I have the right to work on personal art, as long as I deliver all the requests on time.

I reserve the right to decline the request if I'm not comfortable or if your request is not within my capabilities.

All commissions are for personal use, which includes: use as display on social media (profile picture, header, post, etc); personal wallpaper/print; non-profit purposes.

Commissions for commercial & merchandising use requires an additional fee.

Please be specific with your commission request to avoid inconveniences.

Prices are listed in USD and payments are done through Paypal Invoice.

For VGen request, payments are all made through VGen's built-in payment systems.

Payment is upfront. I can do payment plans with priority discussion but full upfront payment are highly preferred.

Delivery times can vary between 3 weeks ~ 2 months. This varies on the complexity of the commissions + the availability of my time. You will be notified if the commission is being delayed.

Sketch will be provided for revision and approval. And changes & adjustments can be done in the sketch step only. (Does not apply to skeb-type commission)

Process for lineart and render phase are not provided unless asked for. (Does not apply to skeb-type commission)

Must be provide a clear reference sheet of the design of the character or the request will be declined. (Unless a custom design if requested and accepted)

You're not allowed to modify or alter the model under any circumstances.

You have the right to post and use the model presentation and please credit me in your social media biography or stream platform description as the artist of your model.

Privacy fee +50% of the total price is charged before the official debut of the model

The entire commission process will be provided from the sketch, lineart, base colors and render before the completed request is delivered.

The model will be delivered via Google Drive including all pngs of all expressions, model in png format, model presentation, and .psd file fully cut ready for rigging.

Additional revisions/changes will be charged depending on its difficulty.

If any problems comes up during the rigging process, the necessary adjustments & repair will be provided without additional cost.
